wimZr, LLC (“wimZr”) has adopted this Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to explain what information may be collected in connection with its “wimZr” social media mobile app and related Internet website, how wimZr uses this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.  As used in this Privacy Policy, the singular term “App” includes all websites and all devices or applications that collect personal information from you that we or our successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies or other companies under a common control that we may have now or in the operate that link to this this Privacy Policy, web pages within each such website, device or application, and web pages that are associated with each such website, device or application.

wimZr respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the App. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the App or through other means and devices described below and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use posted on our website, sets forth the general rules and policies governing your use of the App.

By using the App, you agree to the information collection, use, and sharing practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, OR TO ANY CHANGES WE MAY SUBSEQUENTLY MAKE, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE APP.

Information Collected by wimZr


Information You Voluntarily Provide

You will be asked to sign into and register to use the App using your Facebook login. In doing so, you authorize wimZr to access certain Facebook account information, including information about your Facebook friends who are common Facebook friends with other wimZr users in your network or geolocation. By accessing your Facebook account, you understand that wimZr will obtain and share your name and a profile picture and the name and profile picture of your Facebook friends who are common Facebook friends with other wimZr users in your network or geolocation.

wimZr reminds you that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable screens or Internet web pages, that information becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. wimZr cannot control who reads your public posting(s) or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily disclose on public posting(s).  wimZr reminds you to exercise discretion when sharing your personal information.  As an example, if you publicly post your email address, your email address can then be collected and used by others.

You may also choose to provide information about yourself (such as your age, gender, location, or URL). Any additional image(s) or information that you provide as part of the App may be publicly displayed.

Information wimZr Automatically Collects 

When you use the App, wimZr will automatically collect and store information about your mobile device or computer and your activities. This information may include, but is not limited to, the following types of information:

  1. Your mobile device’s geographic location while the App is running.
  2. Your mobile device’s unique ID number.
  3. Technical information about your computer or mobile device (such as type of device, web browser or operating system).
  4. The URL of the last web page you visited before coming to a wimZr site.
  5. Your preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences, product preferences, etc.).
  6. Your computer’s IP address.
  7. The buttons, controls and ads you clicked on, as applicable.
  8. How long you used the App, including the identity of services and features you used.
  9. The online or offline status of your mobile device.


Information about others

wimZr may collect and store personal information about other people that is available to wimZr through your Facebook login. This includes sharing the name and picture of some of your Facebook with other wimZr users who are already friends with your Facebook friends and who already have access to this information.

How wimZr Uses Your Information

wimZr uses your information to offer and refine our services, customize services to fit the needs and desires of our users, better understand the preferences of our users and their uses of the App, diagnose and fix glitches of the App, and sell and display offers and ads that may be relevant to you or other users.

Use of Your Information by Others

wimZr may share user information with other companies for various reasons (see examples below). wimZr will make certain types of information available to other companies depending on the nature of their relationship with wimZr. wimZr generally requires these other companies to keep its users’ information confidential.

  1.  To the extent wimZr displays advertising on the App or wimZr’s Internet site, wimZr may allow advertisers and advertising networks to collect information about your mobile device (including mobile device IDs), activities, and geographic location to enable them to display targeted ads to you or other users.

Service Providers. wimZr may share all of the types of information wimZr collects with its service providers (such as hosting, data storage, and security).

Analytics Companies. wimZr allow analytics companies to use tracking technologies to collect information about wimZr’s users’ computers or mobile devices and their online activities. These companies analyze this information to help wimZr understand how our sites and the Apps are being used. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs, as described in the paragraph below (“Mobile device IDs”). Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.

Mobile device IDs. In order to recognize you, store your preferences, and track your use of our application, wimZr may store your mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer) when you use the wimZr application. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.

Transfer of Assets. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets.  In the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization, or liquidation, we may transfer, sell, or assign to third parties information concerning your relationship with us, including, without limitation, personally identifiable information that you provide and other information concerning your relationship with us.

Aggregated Information. wimZr may publicly disclose aggregated information about our users, such as the total number of our users and their overall demographics.

Legal Requirements. wimZr may disclose any information when required by law; to investigate or report illegal activity; or to enforce wimZr’s rights or defend claims.


What wimZr Doesn’t Share 

wimZr does not provide third parties with your name, address, email address, or phone number.


The features, programs, and other aspects of the App are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us please contact us at  A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 may review and request deletion of such child’s personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the use thereof.


Information from Users Outside the United States

If you are located outside of the United States, your information will be sent to and stored in the United States, which is where our servers are located.


Your California Privacy Rights

Residents of the State of California have the right to request from certain business with whom the California resident has an established business relationship a list of all third parties to which the business, during the immediately preceding calendar year, has disclosed certain personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes.  We are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year.  To obtain this information you should send a request to with the subject heading “California Privacy Rights.”  In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California Privacy Rights Requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

Contact and Opt Out Information

You may contact us as at if you: (a) have questions or comments about our Privacy Policy; (b) wish to make corrections to any personally identifiable information you have provided; (c) want to opt-out from receiving future commercial correspondence, including emails, from wimZr; or (d) wish to withdraw your consent to sharing your personally identifiable information with others.

We will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, make the requested change in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features of the App.

Sole Statement

This Privacy Policy as posted on this website is the sole statement of our privacy policy with respect to the App, and no summary, modification, restatement or other version thereof, or other privacy statement or policy, in any form, is valid unless wimZr posts a new or revised policy to the website.
